If Cube can't be detected, fear not! Just follow the steps below and you should be right on track:
- Turn off Cube by holding down the touch button for five seconds until the indicator light turns off
- Exit the app completely
- Open the app and follow the instructions again
If you're still having trouble, follow the steps below:
- Turn off Cube by holding down the touch button for five seconds (Cube's light will turn off)
- Exit the app
- Uninstall the app
- Reinstall the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play Store
- Open the app and follow the instructions again
If you continue to have trouble, check the following:
- Does your phone have Bluetooth 4.0 compatibility? Check out the list of compatible phones here.
- Are you running a compatible version of iOS or Android? Check out the list of compatible operating systems here.
- Is your Cube paired with another device in the vicinity? Cube can only pair with one device at a time. To unpair the other device, quit the Cube Companion App or turn Bluetooth off.
